Peter has proven his dedication to customer service and real estate through numerous accomplishments at Cora Bett Thomas Realty. A Million Dollar Producer, he earned the distinction of being named the firm’s Sales Agent of the Year in 2005 and was included in the prestigious Top Ten list in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. The Savannah Business Report & Journal listed him in the “Top 40 Under 40.”
A native of Salinas, California, Peter has a B.S. in Physical Anthropology from the University of California Santa Barbara. Prior to joining Cora Bett Thomas Realty, he served as a successful sales agent with Intero Real Estate Services in San Jose, California. He also lived in Asia for two years, working as a commercial actor in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Combining his experience as a professional real estate agent and on-screen talent, Peter has been featured on HGTV’s ‘My House is Worth What?’ in three episodes and on their number one show, ‘House Hunters’. NBC affiliate WSAV, CBS affiliate WTOC, and Fox Television affiliate WJCL have all interviewed Peter for his expertise and real estate knowledge on various segments.
As an active member of the Savannah community, Peter is the current President of the Ardsley Park Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association (APCCNA.org) and is excited about leading the organization into the Centennial next year 2010. He has lived in Savannah for the past six years and currently resides in Ardsley Park with his wife and daughter.
